Job Title: Customer Service Engineer

IT Concepts is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, ensuring their IT needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues with computer systems and equipment

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support or related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
