Lead Customer Service Representative

Circle K is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Lead Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues, and leading by example to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service, resolving customer issues in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Assist in the training and development of new Customer Service Representatives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Perform shift supervision, ensuring that all store operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Complete all store merchandise build-to's, ensuring that the store is fully stocked and visually appealing.
  • Complete grocery orders and deliveries, ensuring that customers receive their orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Receive and verify vendor deliveries, ensuring that all products are received in good condition and accurately accounted for.
