Position Overview: As a Residential Sales Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage potential clients, guiding them through the home purchasing journey to meet and exceed sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and surpass set sales targets.
- Effectively communicate product offerings, construction processes, financing options, and mortgage information to assist clients.
- Monitor market competition and provide insights to enhance our offerings.
- Engage in ongoing training and development opportunities provided by Champion Home Builders.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of sales agreements and related documentation.
- Maintain open lines of communication with prospective homebuyers, team members, and vendors.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Manage the sales office and model homes, ensuring they are well-maintained and inviting.
- Regularly assess the condition of the sales office and model homes, coordinating with builders for necessary upkeep.
- Oversee the inventory of marketing materials and supplies, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Implement and manage on-site signage effectively.
- Utilize the Lead Management System to track and nurture leads.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Evaluate visitor traffic for quality and engagement.
- Accurately process all necessary paperwork and financial transactions.
- Maintain communication with project managers and closing coordinators to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Develop relationships with real estate agents to generate referral opportunities.
- Engage with buyers' lenders throughout the purchasing process.
- Utilize social media platforms for marketing and outreach, showcasing model homes and promotions.
- Follow up with potential buyers until a purchasing decision is reached and analyze lost sales for future improvement.
- Participate in all sales meetings and company events.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; proficiency in managing social media platforms is essential.
- Valid driver's license and insurance for business travel.
- Experience in the home building sector is preferred but not mandatory.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken; Spanish proficiency is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Marketing acumen and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Adaptability to a dynamic work environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and capable of learning new software.
- Understanding of sales methodologies and procedures.

- Knowledge of construction processes and financing options to guide clients.
