Residential Title Sales Executive

Job Summary:

As a Residential Title Sales Executive at Old Republic Title, you will be responsible for driving sales activities in an assigned territory, from lead generation to close. Your primary goal will be to expand the customer base in the market area assigned, while working collaboratively with the sales and support teams to achieve customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain relationships with existing clients, collaborating with escrow officers and management to ensure customer satisfaction.
Identify and convert qualified prospects to new customers, augmenting the client base.
Lead escrow offices and teams using a consultative sales approach, bolstering business where needed.
Participate in regional/divisional collaboration calls and efforts, contributing to and leading associate sales executives and other sales executives as appropriate.
Analyze existing and anticipated customer requirements, promoting consideration of title products to fulfill such requirements.
Prepare yearly business plans and status reports as required by management.
Work in alignment with sales management and the national marketing team to contribute new marketing strategies.
Present title and closing production procedures, administrative product information, and demonstrations to clients.
Obtain and record detailed client profiles for delivery of services.
Conduct post-closing interviews to determine quality of services delivered.
Attend sales meetings and calls as required.
Maintain high visibility in the real estate community through representation at social/business functions, industry meetings, and seminars.
Maintain strict client confidentiality and exhibit a courteous, business-like manner and professional demeanor.
Accept supervision and ability to get along with others in the workplace.
Determine and report competitor activities and market conditions to manager.
Regular consistent attendance is required, including attendance at after-hour company events.
Ability to foster, develop, and maintain professional and collaborative working relationships.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
