Leasing Consultant

The Marketing Representative is a key member of the Gallery Residential team, responsible for driving occupancy and revenue growth through effective marketing and leasing strategies. This role requires a strong sales and marketing background, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement marketing plans to attract new residents and drive lease renewals, including social media marketing, email campaigns, and community events.
- Conduct property tours and show apartments to prospective residents, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth leasing process.
- Collaborate with the on-site team to prioritize solutions and provide frameworks that drive journey metrics, ensuring a seamless resident experience.
- Stay informed about current market and competitor conditions, developing and implementing short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive sales results.
- Use property management software to track apartment availability, record traffic and leasing activities, and manage resident and prospect data.
- Ensure the property and show units meet the Company's standards for show quality, communicating maintenance and upkeep needs to the property's maintenance team members.
- Follow up with prospects and new residents to ensure satisfaction, sending emails, thank-you notes, and cards or making telephone calls to finalize decisions to lease and/or renew.
- Execute and perform activities in support of the property's lease renewal program, preparing and delivering lease renewal letters and packages for residents.
- Respond quickly and courteously to resident and client/owner concerns and questions, taking prompt action to solve problems and/or document and convey resident or other requests to the appropriate individual(s).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, preferably in the residential property management industry.
- Strong sales and marketing skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in property management software, including Yardi, and Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to properties as needed.
