Job Title: New Home Sales Consultant

Sullivan Brothers Builders is seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Home Sales Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively communicating the value proposition of Sullivan Brothers Builders' products and services to potential customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, Realtors, and other stakeholders to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales interactions, customer feedback, and sales performance metrics.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in residential home sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Home building industry experience.
  • Knowledge of sales processes and procedures.
  • Ability to review, analyze, and interpret information.
  • Ability to communicate patiently and professionally with internal and external customers.
