Job Title:

Chief Medical Executive

Job Summary:

The Executive Director of Global Luxury Retail for Estee Lauder will focus on driving business expansion, enhancing licensee collaborations, and ensuring operational excellence across key regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the identification and execution of expansion opportunities for luxury beauty in key markets.
  • Collaborate with licensees and internal teams to optimize retail formats and drive retail footprint expansion.
  • Work closely with licensees to strengthen brand presence across luxury beauty and fashion channels.
  • Collaborate with partners to launch new product categories, such as eyewear, within retail stores.
  • Support Global Retail Operation playbook development and roll out. Ensure healthy store productivity growth.
  • Act as the point of contact for regional operations, ensuring alignment of retail strategies across key markets.
  • Oversee retail reporting and dashboard, support monthly Retail Steerco meeting.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Education, IT, CRM, VM, etc.) to enhance the in-store experience, services, and drive innovation.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in related field.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results as well as participation in the share incentive plan.
