About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Sales Associate to join our team at City Wide Facility Solutions. As a Junior Sales Associate, you will be responsible for making B2B outbound sales calls to prospective clients, qualifying prospects, scheduling appointments for our sales team, and managing records in our CRM system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make B2B outbound sales calls to prospective clients for building maintenance services
  • Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for our sales team
  • Manage and update records in our CRM system
  • Secondary responsibilities include social media management and marketing, mass email marketing, and prospecting in Bergen, Passaic, and Hudson counties in NJ
Requirements
  • High school diploma, college degree preferred but not necessary
  • 1-2 years B2B outbound call center or equivalent experience prospecting and/or cold calling highly desirable
  • Highly organized, able to follow a systematic method and sales process
  • Customer service-oriented and highly effective communication skills
  • Detailed oriented and must be able to work independently
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Prior experience using CRM systems is a plus
Working Conditions

Office environment, casual dress (jeans are acceptable). Snacks, coffee, water, soda provided in the office. Located in downtown Westwood, NJ, 1 block off of Westwood Ave where many bars, restaurants, deli's, shops, and even a brewery are located.
