We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Sales Associate to join our team at City Wide Facility Solutions. Key Responsibilities- Make B2B outbound sales calls to prospective clients for building maintenance services
- Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for our sales team
- Manage and update records in our CRM system
- Secondary responsibilities include social media management and marketing, mass email marketing, and prospecting in Bergen, Passaic, and Hudson counties in NJ
- High school diploma, college degree preferred but not necessary
- 1-2 years B2B outbound call center or equivalent experience prospecting and/or cold calling highly desirable
- Highly organized, able to follow a systematic method and sales process
- Customer service-oriented and highly effective communication skills
- Detailed oriented and must be able to work independently
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Prior experience using CRM systems is a plus
Office environment, casual dress (jeans are acceptable). Snacks, coffee, water, soda provided in the office. Located in downtown Westwood, NJ, 1 block off of Westwood Ave where many bars, restaurants, deli's, shops, and even a brewery are located.
