Experienced Sales Professional

Vanguard Kia of Arlington is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and providing exceptional sales and service experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect and follow up with all leads to ensure maximum sales potential
- Walk the inventory daily to stay up-to-date on available vehicles and promotions
- Offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership, providing a welcoming and informative experience
- Assist customers in making a purchase decision by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses and needs
- Work directly with customers to develop relationships, enhancing the sales process and driving customer satisfaction
- Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospective customers, showcasing the value of our vehicles
- Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, and reviews, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
- Enthusiasm and high energy throughout the sales workday, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- 3+ Years Kia or Automotive Sales Experience, with a proven track record of success
- Friendly, competitive personality, with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Interest in training additional sales associates once up to speed, with a willingness to work in a team environment
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license, with a strong commitment to safety and customer satisfaction
- Bi-Lingual a plus, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer groups
