We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented E-Commerce Coordinator to join our team at TONYMOLY USA. As a key member of our digital commerce team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our e-commerce operations across Shopify, ShipStation, and Gorgias platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Shopify Management:
    • Manage daily operations of our Shopify store, including product listings, inventory management, and order processing.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team and graphics designer to ensure accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing.
    • Assist with launching new products and collections, including setting up promotions, discounts, and flash sales.
  • ShipStation Coordination:
    • Manage order fulfillment through ShipStation, ensuring timely and accurate shipment processing.
    • Coordinate with warehouse teams to address any shipping or inventory discrepancies.
    • Troubleshoot any issues related to shipping carriers, tracking, or order fulfillment.
    • Optimize shipping processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  • Gorgias Customer Support:
    • Handle customer inquiries through Gorgias, providing prompt and professional responses.
    • Resolve customer issues related to orders, returns, shipping, and product inquiries.
    • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring that all interactions are handled with care and attention to detail.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
    • Generate and analyze reports on shipping performance and customer support metrics.
    • Assist with the implementation of e-commerce strategies to improve sales and operational efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure alignment across all e-commerce activities.
    • Coordinate with IT and web developer to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues on the e-commerce platform.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in e-commerce coordination, preferably with experience on Shopify, ShipStation, and Gorgias.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and order fulfillment processes.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and experience with e-commerce analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
