Job Title: Head of E-Commerce

AB Hires and Consulting is seeking a seasoned E-Commerce professional to lead our online sales efforts. As the Head of E-Commerce, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative sales strategies to drive revenue growth, enhance customer engagement, and maximize profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Management
    • Develop and oversee the strategy for product development and new brand creation.
    • Manage existing product lines and select new products to optimize pricing and profitability.
    • Forecast SKUs and ensure accurate product data management to drive sales growth.
    • Lead a team of E-commerce Sales Managers to develop replicable strategies and drive results.
  • Content Design
    • Oversee the creation of compelling content for Amazon Listings to enhance SEO performance and drive sales.
    • Manage content strategies to ensure consistency and effectiveness across all online channels.
    • Develop and streamline content creation processes to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Strategy and Planning
    • Develop strategies for new brand creation and e-commerce opportunities to drive revenue growth.
    • Establish structures for non-Amazon channels and research new opportunities to expand our online presence.
    • Create revenue growth strategies and stronger processes to drive business results.
    • Develop a company roadmap for current and future state to ensure alignment and success.
    • Utilize advanced e-commerce tools and technology to evolve sales processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth Development
    • Develop and execute sales strategies and forecasts to drive revenue growth and profitability.
    • Stay updated on e-commerce sales trends and growth opportunities to inform business decisions.
    • Develop and manage the e-commerce sales budget to ensure cost-effective resource allocation.
  • Channel Management / Sales Operations
    • Implement organized processes for automation to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
    • Oversee e-commerce PPC management to optimize ad spend and drive sales.
    • Manage channel relationships, especially with Amazon, to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
    • Support and resolve Amazon-related issues to minimize disruptions and ensure business continuity.
  • DTC Marketing Management
    • Set marketing goals and budgets to drive business results and revenue growth.
    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive sales.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in senior e-commerce role, with a track record of driving significant revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce platforms, and customer analytics.
  • Strong track record of establishing scalable, repeatable processes.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
