Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Engagement:
  • Prioritize connections with members and guests, ensuring each individual receives a warm greeting and a sincere farewell.
  • Engage all members and guests with friendly interactions.
  • Check in members efficiently, adhering to established procedures.
  • Register guests accurately and promptly.
  • Answer phone calls swiftly, using appropriate communication standards.
  • Direct inquiries to the correct personnel in a professional manner.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and information center.
Retail Operations:
  • Promote and sell beverages, nutritional products, and merchandise.
  • Achieve or surpass daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain and organize retail displays as necessary.
  • Gain knowledge about the products available at the location.
  • Ensure the retail area is tidy and well-monitored throughout your shift.
  • Utilize point-of-sale systems and follow cash handling protocols accurately.
Member Services:
  • Handle member and guest check-ins and address basic account inquiries.
  • Monitor check-ins to identify overdue accounts and collect outstanding balances.
  • Update member information and escalate issues to management when necessary.
  • Keep the front desk and entrance area organized and presentable.
  • Perform opening and closing tasks as required.
  • Conduct regular cleaning routines throughout the club.
  • Report incidents promptly and maintain a positive rapport with the club team.
  • Support fellow team members in achieving collective goals.
  • Adhere to all company policies and guidelines.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is advantageous.
  • Ability to comprehend, follow, and convey verbal and written instructions.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Physical requirements include various activities such as bending, squatting, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
