- Coordination: Coordinate with rental car and tow companies to provide one-stop service to customers.
- Knowledge Base: Maintain a broad knowledge base of insurance partner requirements regarding authorizations, billing, and load level processes.
- Immediate Eligibility: Immediately eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefits.
- Industry Comparable Pay: Paid weekly and eligible for overtime.
