Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop new multimedia accounts by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and closing deals.
  • Grow existing multimedia accounts by increasing win rates, expanding geographical service areas, and offering new lines of business.
  • Forecast sales pipeline using our CRM tool to provide accurate and up-to-date snapshots of the sales funnel.
  • Create and refine customer account plans to understand customer needs and develop effective strategies for growth.
  • Document meeting notes and share them with the team to increase acumen and effectiveness.
  • Participate in internal set price meetings to validate bid assumptions and set expectations for project delivery.
  • Engage in project kickoff meetings to communicate information, expectations, and potential project pitfalls.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or construction is preferred. BICSI RCDD or any industry-related certification is a plus.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Ability to work as part of a high-performing team under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to influence and sell to customers both internally and externally.
  • Effective communication skills between phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Knowledge of the manufacturer/distributor/contractor ecosystem and the skills to influence it accordingly.
  • CRM skills with one of the major CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Dynamics, or NetSuite.
  • Construction drawing skills using Bluebeam REVU.

Skills/Experience:
  • Previous inside or outside sales experience preferred.
  • Effective time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong people skills to deal with customers and prospects.
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic.
  • Able to cold call and qualify projects and identify key decision makers.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Experience selling into large key/strategic/global accounts.
  • History of managing large enterprise accounts with annual quota expectation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong Time Management Skills.

Travel:
Occasional out-of-state travel. Consistent travel is required throughout the state of Colorado, Wyoming, and Nebraska. Occasional travel for trade shows/networking events/etc.

Base Salary:
$70,000 - $80,000 / year based on experience

Commission Estimate:
$20,000 - $40,000 based on quota achievement in the first year. (Uncapped Commission Structure)
