Key Responsibilities:
- Lead talent acquisition and development initiatives, including recruiting, training, and ongoing development of store associates.
- Foster strong partnerships with clinical services.
- Analyze performance reports to ensure team members meet established goals.
- Maintain effective communication with the Support Center and Human Resources.
- Execute customer repairs and ensure timely delivery of eyewear orders.
- Uphold brand standards in all operational areas and report any issues promptly.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- An associate's degree or a minimum of two years of management experience in a retail setting.
- Preferred: Valid ABO/NCLE Certification as required by state law; willingness to obtain certification within the first year.
- Proven leadership skills with at least three years of experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with diverse groups.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing business needs.
- Knowledgeable in talent acquisition and HR processes.
