Job Summary

As an Optician at EssilorLuxottica, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. You will act as an ambassador for Oakley, educating customers on the latest optical products and services, and working closely with the store team to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Create an exceptional customer experience by providing personalized service and ensuring customer satisfaction
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and the local community
Stay up-to-date with the latest optical products and services, and use this knowledge to drive sales and growth
Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets and improve store performance
Participate in visual merchandising and store maintenance to ensure a high-quality store environment

Requirements

Current State Optician License
High School Graduate or Equivalent
1+ years of retail sales experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
