Job Description

We're seeking a dynamic and strategic Director, HR Business Partner to join our People team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping talent and organizational strategies that fuel our rapid growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive initiatives that attract, develop, and retain top-tier talent, ensuring we have the right people in place to scale.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership, providing data-driven insights and people strategies that align with business goals.
  • Act as a catalyst for transformation in a high-growth, constantly evolving environment. Help build and lead the next phase of organizational evolution.
  • Work with our Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and regional teams to deliver a seamless, top-notch employee experience across the board.
  • Leverage your HR expertise to continually improve our programs, processes, and policies, always with a business-first mindset.
  • Set the bar high for talent, ensuring we not only attract but also develop and retain the best in the industry.
  • Collaborate with leaders to create optimal organizational structures and people strategies that drive business performance.
  • Drive data-driven solutions that enhance organizational health, focusing on key metrics like attrition, diversity, and engagement throughout the employee lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • 10-15+ years of HR business partnering or consulting experience with a proven track record of driving impactful results in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Executive presence that commands trust and confidence, with the ability to effectively influence senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset with a deep understanding of business trends and the foresight to align HR strategies with company goals.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making skills, able to balance immediate needs with long-term business objectives in a disciplined and thoughtful way.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments, remaining adaptable, calm, and solutions-oriented in the face of constant change.
  • Highly collaborative team player who is eager to roll up their sleeves, dive in, and contribute at all levels.
