Position Overview


We are seeking a dedicated Senior IT Program Manager to oversee a critical Federal contract focused on application development, cybersecurity, and systems administration. This role is integral to the Navy's Submarine Maintenance Engineering Planning and Procurement (SUBMEPP) program.

This full-time position will act as the primary management representative, ensuring the successful execution and completion of assigned project tasks.

As with any role, certain expectations must be met, including adherence to standard working hours, meeting project deadlines, and following company policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook. Regular communication with supervisors and maintaining focus on assigned tasks, including participation in company meetings, is essential.

Key Responsibilities


The Senior IT Program Manager serves as the main point of contact for the customer, responsible for managing large teams of IT professionals to guarantee timely and high-quality delivery of all contract obligations.

Daily oversight of contractor personnel, schedule maintenance, and facilitation of weekly status meetings with the Government customer are critical components of this role. Additionally, the manager will report on metrics and contract execution weekly, including risk assessments and forecasting work priorities four weeks ahead.

Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing IT services contracts for Department of Defense clients
  • IAM Level II Certification (CAP or CASP+ CE)
  • Must be a United States Citizen
  • Must undergo a background investigation
  • Secret Clearance Required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • PMP Certification
