Senior Tax Manager - Onsite Role

Position Overview

We are in search of a Senior Tax Manager to become a vital part of our team in an onsite capacity. Reporting directly to the Tax Director, your primary responsibilities will include managing global income and withholding taxes, tax provision and reporting, compliance, strategic planning, and transfer pricing. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in tax compliance, accounting, and international tax issues.

Essential Qualifications

  • CPA and/or MST certification is mandatory
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience with ASC740
  • Comprehensive understanding of US federal, state, and international income tax regulations
  • Experience with R&D tax credits, foreign tax credits, and various tax provisions
  • Expertise in transfer pricing in accordance with OECD guidelines
  • Awareness of global tax risks and accounting standards
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively and manage projects
  • Skilled in tax research and technical documentation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and financial software
  • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
