Job Summary

The Employee Relations Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and resolving employee relations cases across MINISO USA's nationwide retail operations. This position requires a deep understanding of labor laws in the United States, exceptional analytical skills to handle ER cases, and the ability to provide guidance and support to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a wide range of employee relations cases, ensuring timely and effective resolution in alignment with company policies and legal requirements.

Develop and implement employee relations strategies that promote a positive work environment and minimize legal risks.

Provide expert advice and guidance on various HR issues, including but not limited to performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

Stay up-to-date with changes in employment law and regulations across different states, and ensure company policies and practices comply with these laws.

Conduct thorough investigations into complaints and allegations of workplace issues, including harassment, discrimination, and retaliation.

Collaborate with HR colleagues and business leaders to develop and deliver training programs related to employee relations, compliance, and best practices.

Prepare detailed reports and recommendations based on case findings and analysis.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field is required. A Master's degree or relevant HR/legal certifications would be an advantage.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably 7-10 years of experience, with at least 3 years focused on managing Employee Relations cases.

Proven experience in the retail industry is highly preferred.

In-depth knowledge of labor laws and employment practices across the United States.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage complex ER cases effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels within the organization.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in dealing with sensitive information.

This position requires onsite work 5 days a week at our West Covina office.
