Employee Experience Coordinator

Circles is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Employee Experience Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our employees, visitors, and clients. Your primary goal will be to create a welcoming and inclusive environment that fosters open communication, respect, and job development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide white glove customer service to employees, visitors, and clients
- Assist with employee and visitor requests, including providing information and making recommendations
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external clients
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks daily
- Consistently provide best-in-class customer service in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated emotional intelligence, humility, and cultural competence
- Reliable transportation
