Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including developing and maintaining filing systems, preparing financial reports, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between the team and other departments, communicating effectively and professionally via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Project Management: Assist with special projects, including coordinating meetings, preparing meeting materials, and maintaining the division's website.
  • Supply Management: Order supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using personal computers and software, including word processing, spreadsheets, graphics, and publication software in a Windows environment.
  • Internet/Intranet Development: Experience with Internet/Intranet website development and publishing, including SharePoint services.
Requirements
  • Education: Business school degree or equivalent, or Associate's degree in Business, Computer Science, Communications, or Public Relations.
  • Experience: 5 years of administrative or executive-level technical and secretarial support work experience.
  • Skills: Proficient in using personal computers and software, including word processing, spreadsheets, graphics, and publication software in a Windows environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in the healthcare industry.
