As an Overnight Room Attendant, your primary duty is to ensure that guest accommodations, corridors, and communal areas are kept clean and inviting during the night shift. This position requires you to service guest rooms following established hotel protocols, which includes stocking your cart with necessary supplies, changing bed linens, and replenishing room amenities while adhering to company standards and safety regulations. Additionally, you may be tasked with performing deep cleaning duties within guest rooms as part of routine maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with guests and colleagues in a courteous and service-oriented manner.
  • Maintain consistent attendance in line with company standards as per the scheduled shifts.
  • Uphold high standards of personal grooming and appearance, including wearing the designated uniform and name tag.
  • Adhere to all company policies and regulations to promote safe and efficient hotel operations.
  • Thoroughly clean and restock the required number of guest rooms during each shift.
  • Complete all pre-cleaning tasks, including preparing the housekeeping cart with guest supplies, cleaning materials, and linens.
  • Remove all waste and soiled linens from guest rooms.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.
  • May need to disassemble furniture or items in guest rooms for deep cleaning purposes.
  • Deep cleaning tasks may include changing air conditioning filters, cleaning AC coils, touching up paint on walls and moldings, and repairing scratched furniture.
