Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Teller and Member Service Specialist at our New Berlin Branch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional service to members by assisting with financial transactions, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
  • Process member financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, while maintaining accurate records and balancing cash drawers.
  • Offer personalized advice and guidance on credit union products and services, ensuring members receive the best possible solutions for their financial needs.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Stay up-to-date on credit union policies, procedures, and products to provide informed and accurate information to members.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
