The Customer Service Representative is a key role at Dynatect Manufacturing Inc, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process customer orders, including entering data into Syteline and FileMaker systems.
- Create and modify customer contracts and pricing according to established policies.
- Schedule shipments and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Assist in resolving product and service issues between customers and internal resources.
- Fill out and return customer expedite reports.
- Administer order requirements through customer portals and extract relevant data for internal order management systems.
- Participate in meetings and strategic initiatives to support business growth and continuous process improvements.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous telephone customer service or sales experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Proven record of stable work history and good attendance.
- Accurate data entry skills and prior experience with database systems are a plus.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, phone skills specific to a call center.
- Self-driven, results-oriented individual with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality and business growth.
