Customer Service Representative

At Synerfac, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information on products, pricing, and order status.
  • Process sales orders and coordinate with logistics and production teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in CRM system.
  • Work with production and logistics team to resolve customer issues.
  • Identify potential leads.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer service and inside sales.
  • Manufacturing or Construction experience is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office, CFM software.
  • Strong communication skills.
