Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide proactive customer service via phone, email, or other messaging systems
  • Answer and log calls from customers, technicians, and management
  • Provide education and personalized customer service to answer customer questions and schedule appointments
  • Schedule appointments for new and recurring pest control services
  • Assist in monitoring daily technician schedules to ensure timely completion of services
  • Perform daily and weekly Pest Routes system clean-ups or scrubs
  • Escalate inquiries or issues to management as needed
Requirements:
  • Commitment to honest and exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work Monday - Friday, alternating Saturdays and some holidays
  • Desirable qualifications: bilingual, 6+ months of customer service experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and typing speed of 60 WPM
