About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Structural Heart Valves team. As a key member of our Cardiovascular Division, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including physicians, hospitals, and healthcare systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide sales training and coaching to sales representatives
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing corrective action plans
Requirements
  • 4-year degree in sales or related field
  • Proven sales management experience in the medical device industry
  • Strong technical, analytical, and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications
  • Direct experience in Structural Heart products
  • Sales management experience in the cardiovascular division
  • Proven sales team development and leadership skills
  • P&L responsibility and experience with sales forecasting
