Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Structural Heart Valves team. As a key member of our Cardiovascular Division, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including physicians, hospitals, and healthcare systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Provide sales training and coaching to sales representatives
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing corrective action plans
- 4-year degree in sales or related field
- Proven sales management experience in the medical device industry
- Strong technical, analytical, and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Direct experience in Structural Heart products
- Sales management experience in the cardiovascular division
- Proven sales team development and leadership skills
- P&L responsibility and experience with sales forecasting
