About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Project Manager to join our team at Amteck. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to lead and manage electrical projects from conception to completion.

The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in commercial and industrial electrical construction, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of electrical technicians and engineers to deliver complex projects safely and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely completion and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
  • Ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, including conduit, wiring, and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including project schedules, budget updates, and technical documentation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, contractors, and other partners to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
  • 7-10 years of experience in electrical construction, with a focus on project management and leadership.
  • Demonstrated expertise in electrical codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze problems, develop creative solutions, and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in project management software, including Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar tools.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
