Job Title: Senior Project Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Lead to lead the execution of complex support service projects for our clients. As a Senior Project Lead, you will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, including planning, risk identification, mitigation, cost estimation, and monitoring to ensure successful completion of project milestones and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Manage cross-functional teams to deliver timely and high-quality results.
  • Client Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and the project team, ensuring daily communications with stakeholders to resolve issues and conflicts.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and are submitted on time, coordinating with stakeholders to verify accuracy and timeliness.
  • Resource Management: Oversee senior personnel, directing daily tasks, maintaining an organized workflow, and adapting to changes in project priorities or scope.
  • Federal Grants Knowledge: Utilize strong understanding of federal grant-making policies and procedures to inform project decisions and maintain compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Master's degree in Public Policy, Project/Program Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years in project management, specifically managing large, complex support service projects; experience with federal grants is preferred.
  • Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is highly desirable.

Salary Range: $116,435 - $152,418 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
