Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Information Resource Group, Inc. in Columbia, SC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely completion of deliverables and activities.
  • Manage project risks and issues, maintaining high-quality results and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with staff, management, and external organizations to gather information and compile project plans, metrics, and documentation.
  • Provide regular project status updates and strategies, both orally and in writing.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working with SharePoint, Visio, PowerPoint, MS Project, Word, Access, and Excel.
  • Familiarity with risk management, including risk triggers and task management.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders and facilitate collaboration.
  • Strong project planning and resource allocation skills, including effort estimation and technical task management.
  • Prior experience in Medicaid or healthcare claims system IT projects is preferred but not mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience in a healthcare insurance information technology environment.
  • Prior state/government experience would be an asset.
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
