Job Overview

Position: SAC Representative

We are seeking a qualified internal auditor to manage real-time applications for the Federal Lifeline Programs. This role is essential in ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and will be conducted in an office environment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the verification process, addressing compliance inquiries, and managing escalations. Additionally, the role involves conducting audits of independent contractors through our internal systems and collaborating with various departments to troubleshoot issues and perform investigations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform real-time and order audits, documenting findings as necessary.
  • Investigate customer complaints received through the Help Desk.
  • Identify and track violations by independent and internal contractors.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure compliance with federal regulations and company policies.
  • Report potential risks to management and suggest viable solutions.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of internal auditing practices.
  • Manage incoming calls related to agent escalations.
  • Address support tickets from agents, distributors, and IT in real-time.
  • Conduct site audits for internal field agents.
  • Perform additional departmental tasks as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong active listening skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Capable of working independently.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday during specified hours.
  • Ability to work 8-hour shifts.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
  • Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and accuracy.
