Job Overview

Position: SAC Representative

We are seeking a skilled SAC Representative to oversee the real-time processing of applications for the Federal Lifeline Programs. This role is essential in ensuring adherence to compliance standards and supporting various operational functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform real-time audits and document findings effectively.
  • Investigate customer complaints received through the Help Desk.
  • Identify and monitor violations by independent and internal contractors.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to maintain compliance with federal regulations and internal policies.
  • Assess potential risks and provide management with actionable recommendations.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of internal auditing procedures.
  • Manage incoming calls related to agent escalations.
  • Address support tickets from agents, distributors, and IT in real-time.
  • Conduct audits of photo sites for internal field agents.
  • Perform additional departmental tasks as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Excellent active listening skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Capable of working independently.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday during specified hours.
  • Willingness to work 8-hour shifts.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1 year in customer service roles.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and accuracy.
