Key Responsibilities

  • Perform real-time and order audits, documenting findings as necessary.
  • Investigate customer complaints received through the Help Desk.
  • Identify and monitor violations by independent and internal contractors.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure compliance with federal regulations and company standards.
  • Report potential risks to management and suggest viable solutions.
  • Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of internal auditing practices.
  • Manage incoming calls related to agent escalations.
  • Address support tickets from agents, distributors, and IT in real-time.
  • Conduct site audits for internal field agents.
  • Assist with other departmental tasks as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong active listening skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 MBPS download, 15 MBPS upload; no hotspots or public Wi-Fi). A speed test will be conducted during the interview process.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday during specified hours.
  • Willingness to commit to 8-hour shifts.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of experience in customer service.
  • Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
