Key Responsibilities
- Perform real-time and order audits, documenting findings as necessary.
- Investigate customer complaints received through the Help Desk.
- Identify and monitor violations by independent and internal contractors.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure compliance with federal regulations and company standards.
- Report potential risks to management and suggest viable solutions.
- Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of internal auditing practices.
- Manage incoming calls related to agent escalations.
- Address support tickets from agents, distributors, and IT in real-time.
- Conduct site audits for internal field agents.
- Assist with other departmental tasks as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong active listening skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 MBPS download, 15 MBPS upload; no hotspots or public Wi-Fi). A speed test will be conducted during the interview process.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Availability to work Monday through Friday during specified hours.
- Willingness to commit to 8-hour shifts.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of experience in customer service.
- Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
