Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture effective partnerships within local educational systems to generate suitable candidates for our organization.
  • Identify and secure top talent through comprehensive recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, conducting pre-employment assessments, and extending job offers.
  • Collaborate with organizational leaders to assess talent requirements for the short and long term, developing a strategic talent pipeline to meet those needs.
  • Work alongside the Marketing team to enhance our visibility on social and professional networking platforms, showcasing Cross Technologies Inc.'s unique culture to attract potential candidates.
  • Ensure adherence to Affirmative Action Plan (AAP) and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) regulations.
  • Provide accurate and timely data to support recruitment metrics.
  • Utilize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) effectively in all recruitment activities.

Additional Duties

  • Assist with Human Resource Information System (HRIS) data entry and reporting as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
