Key Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture effective partnerships within local educational systems to generate suitable candidates for our organization.
- Identify and secure top talent through comprehensive recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, conducting pre-employment assessments, and extending job offers.
- Collaborate with organizational leaders to assess talent requirements for the short and long term, developing a strategic talent pipeline to meet those needs.
- Work alongside the Marketing team to enhance our visibility on social and professional networking platforms, showcasing Cross Technologies Inc.'s unique culture to attract potential candidates.
- Ensure adherence to Affirmative Action Plan (AAP) and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) regulations.
- Provide accurate and timely data to support recruitment metrics.
- Utilize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) effectively in all recruitment activities.
Additional Duties
- Assist with Human Resource Information System (HRIS) data entry and reporting as required.
- Collaborate with fellow HR team members on various projects and provide insights on HR-related initiatives.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
- Comprehensive understanding of the educational landscape from high school to university levels.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
