Job Description:

This is a challenging role that requires a team player who can work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Manufacturing Team Coordinator is responsible for setting up, running, and maintaining manufacturing equipment to produce paint and coating products that meet customer requirements.

This position involves performing various manufacturing tasks as assigned and ensuring a safe, clean, and productive working environment. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, be able to work independently, and be able to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Job Duties:
  • Setup, run, and maintain manufacturing equipment.
  • Perform various manufacturing tasks as assigned.

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve manufacturing goals.

Work Environment:

The facility is equipped with state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment, and the team works together to ensure high-quality products are produced on time and to specification.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
