Residential Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Therapist to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services. As a Residential Therapist, you will provide on-site clinical services for our Columbia Rose RTF and Willamette Rose RTF programs in Portland, Oregon. This role requires the ability to assist with training and clinical oversight of the Residential Associates who provide 24-hour residential support services to the residents.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field, and be eligible for Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registration. Must also meet OAR requirement for QMHP by having completed TWO (2) YEARS of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting.
We offer a competitive salary of $75,000 - $87,000 per year, and a comprehensive benefits package, including affordable medical/dental/vision plans, flexible spending account, generous paid time off, and whole health & wellness reimbursement program.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site clinical services for our Columbia Rose RTF and Willamette Rose RTF programs
- Assist with training and clinical oversight of the Residential Associates
- Perform Comprehensive Mental Health Assessments, Assessment Updates, and Treatment Plans
- Provide clinical oversight and consultation to facility staff and liaison with other community providers
Requirements:
