About the Job

ColumbiaCare Services is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Residential Therapist to join our team. As a Residential Therapist, you will provide on-site clinical services for our Columbia Rose RTF and Willamette Rose RTF programs in Portland, Oregon.

This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals affected by severe and persistent mental illness. You will work closely with our clinical team to provide comprehensive mental health assessments, treatment plans, and clinical oversight to our residents.

We offer a competitive salary range of $6,250 - $7,250 per month, depending on experience and credentials. Additionally, we offer a 5% language differential for bilingual or multilingual candidates.

Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site clinical services for our Columbia Rose RTF and Willamette Rose RTF programs
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Provide clinical oversight and consultation to facility staff and liaison with other community providers
  • Participate in crisis de-escalation training and perform physical, hands-on maneuvers and techniques
  • Work collaboratively with our clinical team to ensure high-quality care and services
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
  • Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registration
  • Two years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting
  • Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check
  • Physical ability to perform crisis de-escalation techniques and other physical tasks as applicable
