Residential Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Therapist to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services.
The successful candidate will provide on-site clinical services for our Columbia Rose RTF and Willamette Rose RTF programs in Portland, Oregon.
This is a full-time, day position with a competitive salary range of $6,250 - $7,250 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities- Provide clinical services and supervision for individuals affected by a severe and persistent mental illness in a residential treatment setting.
- Assist with training and clinical oversight of the Residential Associates who provide 24-hour residential support services to the residents.
- Perform Comprehensive Mental Health Assessments, Assessment Updates, and Treatment Plans.
- Provide clinical oversight and consultation to facility staff and liaison with other community providers.
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
- Unlicensed Therapists must be actively seeking or willing to obtain licensure.
- Meet OAR requirement for QMHP by having completed two years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting.
