About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Residential Therapist to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services, Inc. in Portland, Oregon. As a Residential Therapist, you will provide on-site clinical services for our Columbia Rose RTF and Willamette Rose RTF programs, working with individuals affected by severe and persistent mental illness in a residential treatment setting.

Your primary responsibilities will include providing clinical services and supervision for Residential Associates, conducting Comprehensive Mental Health Assessments, and developing Treatment Plans. You will also be responsible for clinical oversight and consultation to facility staff, as well as liaison work with other community providers.
