About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Residential Therapist to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services. As a Residential Therapist, you will provide on-site clinical services for our Columbia Rose RTF and Willamette Rose RTF programs in Portland, Oregon.

This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals affected by severe and persistent mental illness. You will work closely with our team to provide comprehensive mental health assessments, treatment plans, and clinical oversight to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site clinical services, including comprehensive mental health assessments and treatment plans
  • Supervise and train Residential Associates to provide 24-hour residential support services
  • Collaborate with other community providers to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in crisis de-escalation training and respond to emergency situations
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
  • Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registration
  • Active licensure or willingness to obtain licensure as a therapist
  • Two years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting
  • Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check
