Residential Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Residential Therapist to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services. As a Residential Therapist, you will provide on-site clinical services for our Columbia Rose RTF and Willamette Rose RTF programs in Portland, Oregon. This role requires the ability to assist with training and clinical oversight of the Residential Associates who provide 24-hour residential support services to residents.
The successful candidate will have a Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field, and be eligible for Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registration. Unlicensed therapists must be actively seeking or willing to obtain licensure. The ideal candidate will have two years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting and be able to pass a DHS criminal background check.
As a Residential Therapist, you will be responsible for performing Comprehensive Mental Health Assessments, Assessment Updates, and Treatment Plans. You will also provide clinical oversight and consultation to facility staff and liaison with other community providers. This role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to communicate effectively with residents, staff, and other stakeholders.
We offer a competitive salary range of $6,250 - $7,250 per month, depending on experience and credentials. Additional 5% language differential is offered for bilingual or multilingual candidates.
