- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

- Market Awareness: Stay updated on trends, competitors, and product developments.
- Customer Focus: Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Sales Experience: Proven ability to generate and close new business.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- CRM Experience: Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
- Base Salary: Competitive base salary.
- Commission: Uncapped commission structure.
- Bridge Program: Bridge program based on experience for financial stability.
