Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in on-the-job training experiences to develop skills and expertise in sales and marketing.
  • Maintain and improve occupancy levels in accordance with marketing and business plans.
  • Manage the sales process, including assisting prospective residents and their families in the decision-making process.
  • Coordinate and complete all activities necessary for a sale, including converting deposits to move-ins.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, family, and professional referral sources.
  • Represent the community and increase awareness through participation in outside events and community involvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum of two to five years sales experience, preferably in the retirement industry or medical or pharmaceutical sales.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently.
