Inside Sales Representative Job Description

Ryan Herco Flow Solutions, a SunSource company, is a leading distributor of fluid control systems, fluid filtration systems, and general industrial supply. We serve a diverse range of customers in industries such as electronic component and equipment manufacturers, chemical manufacturers, water & waste treatment, metal finishing, pollution control, and life sciences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls, resolving issues, and entering orders.
  • Maximize customer contact by turning product inquiries into sales, suggesting accessories or replacement items.
  • Write bids and quotations as needed and follow up on procedures.
  • Document all customer interactions and sales activities in the ACS system.
  • Collaborate with Outside Sales to ensure excellent account management and customer service.
  • Support Outside Sales in implementing sales and marketing strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on Ryan Herco Flow Solutions products and attend product training meetings as required.
  • Update and maintain the company database.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of sales and/or customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with a fast learning ability.
  • Persuasive, amiable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Ability to type 40 WPM.
