Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders with accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Prepare and provide quotes to customers, including distributors, OEMs, and domestic clients.
  • Maintain effective communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Utilize the ERP system to manage and track orders, pricing, special requests, and documentation.
  • Coordinate logistics for prompt and accurate deliveries.
  • Support the overall sales process, contributing to team goals in a small company environment.
  • Assist with special orders and resolve customer issues with a focus on satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Customer service experience or strong aptitude for customer interaction.
  • Demonstrated organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong reasoning ability and attention to detail.
  • Experience with the product line or marketplace is a plus.
  • Proficiency in basic MS Office applications.
  • Ability to read and differentiate alpha and alphanumeric listings.
  • Valid driver's license; ability to drive a manual transmission may be required.
  • Mechanical aptitude and a team-focused attitude.
  • Physically able to occasionally lift up to 70 lbs and climb ladders.
