About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Multilingual Retail Specialist to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with wholesale and retail customers, providing exceptional sales service and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in person and over the phone, determining their needs, and presenting products to meet those needs. You will also be required to build trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers, process sales transactions accurately, and meet sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Providing Excellent Sales Service: Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing personalized attention, answering questions, and recommending solutions.
  • Assisting Customers: Determine customer needs, present products, and process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Building Trust Relationships: Develop strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty.
  • Meeting Sales Goals: Achieve sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis through effective sales strategies and techniques.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish, and have basic math skills. Additionally, you must be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid, unrestricted driver's license to facilitate deliveries and other tasks as needed.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Hold a high school diploma or equivalent, and have at least one year of experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
  • Sales Experience: Have previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products, and operating tinting and mixing equipment.
Salary Information:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000, depending on location and experience. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
