Job Title: Senior Officer, Financial Planning and Analysis

Pact is an international nonprofit organization that works in nearly 40 countries to build solutions for human development. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Officer, Financial Planning and Analysis to join our team.

Job Summary

The Senior Officer, Financial Planning and Analysis will be responsible for driving improvements in FP&A financial processes to ensure that all reports and analysis support the organizational strategy and operations. This includes designing and distributing accurate and timely internal financial reports and management dashboards, providing ad-hoc reports and analysis to cost center owners and project leaders, and supporting the annual budget process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive improvements in FP&A financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Design and distribute accurate and timely internal financial reports and management dashboards to help teams understand financial results of the organization and their projects.
  • Provide ad-hoc reports and analysis to cost center owners and project leaders to support them in their organizational goals.
  • Support the annual budget process by working with the FP&A team to roll out all tools as needed and then working with cost center owners to ensure accurate and timely budgets and forecasts.
  • Conduct analysis and create financial models as needed.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures, including completing all compliance training topics by the deadline to satisfy each and receiving the corresponding acknowledgment statement that the training has been completed.
Requirements
  • Master's degree with six (6) years work experience or bachelor's degree with at least eight (8+) years work experience.
  • Experience with financial software including Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Workday Adaptive Planning.
  • Demonstrated management experience and working across functional teams.
  • Proven critical thinking skills and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and cross cultural skills. Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Powerpoint.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience overseeing and coordinating with international field offices.

The salary for this position is determined based on a wide variety of factors including but not limited to an individual's skill sets, experience, training, certifications, education, as well as business needs and internal equity. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $80,000-104,600.
