Key Responsibilities

  • Engage as a business partner with designated executive(s) and be actively engaged in daily operations, forecasting, and planning of institutional and center of excellence operations.
  • Work directly with senior financial executives and have significant face time with the institutional and center of excellence leadership teams.
  • Support financial analysis and reporting needs of the businesses, including M&A/divestiture and capex/opex investment analysis as appropriate.
  • Manage monthly operating review deliverables, reporting, and other regular and ad-hoc needs of assigned operations.
  • Be directly involved in and responsible for forecasting and planning of assigned institutional and CCO functions.
  • Work as the main contact for non-IT CCO Operations, both with the operations and corporate FP&A.
  • Lead Growth with Purpose, process improvement, and/or income-generating projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required or equivalent required and MBA preferred.
  • 8 years of progressively responsible financial management experience, with oversight of financial functions required.
  • Experience or exposure within a geographically dispersed, multi-unit, large organization (educational, government, or corporate) preferred.
  • Strong financial management, analytical, and reporting skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to write, develop, and deliver presentations and training.
  • Excellent computer systems and data management skills.
