Job Title: Sr. Financial Analyst, FP&AJob Summary

Sparks Group is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Financial Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial analysis and support to our clients, with a focus on forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to promote trust, commitment, and accountability.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. MBA/CPA certification is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of experience in FP&A, preferably in a non-profit setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for non-finance professionals.
  • Proficiency in planning and reporting systems such as Hyperion, Anaplan, Cognos, or Workday Adaptive Planning.
